Huge food selection, everything is good including their specials and great happy hour.

It's a fun bar with pool and comfort food. We loved the chicken street tacos and had a great time playing pool. I tried to win a lobster from the crane machine game, but he squirmed out.

Avoid at all costs. Food was served lukewarm and tasted like it was a few days old. I didn't complain and we ate what was edible. When the waitress brought our bill, I noticed we were charged for items we that came with the meal. She agreed that the kids' meal comes with pop and said she would make the changes. She brought my bill back after I asked her to correct it and it was more than the total before the corrections. I asked her why and she told me because she added 18% gratuity which they did not add on the first bill. I was appalled at their business practice. Because I asked her to change the bill to reflect what their menu says they add on 18% gratuity thinking I wouldn't tip? Too bad she lost $10-$15 from me for her tip for doing that. I will never be going back.

The bacon cheeseburger pasta was delicious! Service was good, but when I payed my tab she didn't give me the coins she owed me for change - just the bills!🤔

I loved our visit. We enjoyed our food. The staff was happy and in the game to win. Owners we're there and we wanted to compliment and thank them, but they we're talking with other customers complimenting them as well. Great time.

Don't let the limited space for parking fool you; this is just another place to go for a Coors and to get your car backed into. With a little bit of planning, you can have a much better experience at home whether you have a lake view or a TV in a cool basement. It's not that the food is bad, it's just the people.

At our Christmas party here for work like 2 years in a row and it was awesome.. Food was phenomenal

Always a great atmosphere and amazing food

Mediocre at best. Food wasn't terrible, but wasn't great either. No AC in the restaurant, which made the experience terrible on a 90 degree day. Waitress was nice enough, but it took us sitting there for 10 minutes before a bartender had to tell the waitress to at least give us menus after walking around us the whole time. Don't really think we will be back, and certainly not in the summer if we do decide to give them a second chance. Parking is abysmal. Atmosphere was decent. Seemed clean. Unique decor.

Hadn't been in here before...came early cause it's always full... Sat Quickly . Emily was our server .. friendly..cheerful...they had a decent selection of draft beers.. I had Sunfish tacos of all things.. were pretty good..my daughter had the kids portion of sliders...tasted ..maybe a little over done..nice flavor....will definitely be going back to try other things

Great place. Great food, good drinks. Had the tequila diablo burger, great but messy. Brussels sprouts appetizers best ever . Service good touch slow, but could've been us. Drinks good though $$. Not crazy about salted rim on bourbon drinks

Sorry, but everything was terrible. The food is unrecognizable - This is not real food. I mean, I get it’s bar food, but this is the worst food I’ve seen. I would not recommend unless you want a burger and fries and know you’re going to feel terrible after you eat.Asked our server a question and she said she could try to ask the kitchen what was in it, but last time she asked a question she got yelled at and told not to talk to them. 🤔WTH is going on at this joint?? Go for a beer and a bourbon maybe, but no food!

Too many great places in cross lake to go here. We tried this out for a second time, but our server,Naomi was terrible!!! Food was sub par at best and this is after we let her know we waited for 1 1/2 hours for food with half restaurant capacity on a Monday which she said a table in front of us ordered some appetizers and our food was delayed. She then said our son was rude (which was asking when our food would come out), my wife then asked for a manager,.,and he said he was too busy for us. Sad overall as we love coming up here and supporting local businesses. Will not be back as there are much better alternatives!!!

Their bourbon cocktail menu is extensive. The food is great and the deck is fantastic.

Outstanding Food, Beer, and Drink offerings! Unique menu, excellent food! Have driven by here for years and had always seen a lot of cars in the lot but had never stopped until recently. Glad I did! Food was so good came back a second time two weeks later!

At our most recent visit the food was not very good and the wait staff were not wearing masks.

I have been a frequent diner at The Bourbon Room for a few years and have alway enjoyed the food and service. Not so this time. The service was okay, but what I struggled with was the beer and wine being served in plastic cups. After questioning this, I was informed by wait staff that glassware was no longer being used. I was also informed that real cheese was no longer available and that cheese sauce was now being used. This has always been a favorite establishment of mine, but I am sorry to say I won't be back.

If you want good food, good music, good atmosphere come to the Bourbon room. On special weekends they will have bands and don't miss Sunday for their bloody mary bar. My wife and I enjoy coming here for a drink and a meal. It would be great if they added some vegetarian meals, but they usually can make something for you.

The staff was great. They had some difficulty with the water though not tasting right. So that is why the 4 stars. Otherwise the good was good and the atmosphere was fun and inviting! Lobster claw was funny too!

Good service and good food. They have a nice selection of bourbon as would be expected. Lots of different comfort food options. We tried the onion rings, chili wings, and pulled pork grilled cheese. They all exceeded expectations.

Such a treat. Friendly servers/staff. Even the regular patrons are warm and welcoming. Came here two days in a row, we liked it so well. ;-) So refreshing to have a semi-normal patio experience. Great service on the patio with self-mix/to-go drinks, take-out eats, and a nice lake-woods view. Try the tatter-tot hot dish and consider chicken nachos to share with a friend or partner.
